How to Live 14 Years Longer

A study conducted by the Cambridge University between 1993 and 2006 found that people who did 4 simple things everyday, lived 14 years longer than people who didn't.


The great news is that this study suggests that it doesn't matter what else we do in our lives if we do these 4 simple things our life expectancy will be improved by 14 years.


Here are the 4 things;

Eat 5 serves of Fruit and Vegetables per day

Don't smoke

Drink less than 2 standard alcoholic beverages per day

And be phyically active everyday!
