Postural Advice

Most injuries come about from an abnormal movement pattern or poor joint position, posture.

At Callahan Physiotherapy after conducting a thorough examination we will endeavor to advise you on what you can do to improve this poor positioning, or abnormal movement pattern.

Issues that may need postural advice include; a limp from a previous injury or surgery, poor standing or sitting position, flat feet or poor shoulder movement pattern ie throwing, swimming or lifting.

Sometimes this may be all it takes to get rid of that annoying pain, or gain you an extra second on the track or in the pool.
